The sale of e-cigarettes and vapes is now prohibited at the car boot sale.

The UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 recently implement the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). These rules were introduced to ensure minimum standards for the safety and quality of all e-cigarettes and refill containers (otherwise known as e-liquids).

As we are unable to regulate the quality of these items sold to consumers at the car boot sale, we have now implemented a ban on their sale.
